We love the southern food. From the fried chicken, the fried green tomatoes, to the banana pudding. I highly recommend the Rooster & The Crow. The staff are very friendly. The restrooms are clean. They do have you park in the Chandler's Wharf lot next door. See the host & they will give you a code to park for free. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

So good!! Second time here and again phenomenal. Great location close to Cape Fear river and food is incredible. Mac and cheese with bbq was amazing, too much for one meal so bringing rest of it home. Even better is the fried chicken which may be best ever had. Super crispy and delicious breading and tender juicy meat. Superb. Service and atmosphere very good. Definitely go!

This was my first visit here. It was busy but we didn't have to wait long. The service was wonderful! The food was AMAZING, and the portions are huge. I got the bananas foster French toast. It was the best I've ever had, and the cheesy grits are delicious.

Wow. Seriously the best fried chicken and amazing cheese grits. Located in a late 1800s converted warehouse the ambiance is very cool. The staff is excellent, the beer list is all local drafts, and the food is fabulous. This will be a regular haunt. Great Sunday brunch menu too!
